This website exists to comply with the State of Michigan Deferred Presentment Service Transactions Act passed in the 2005 Legislative Session. The Act requires use of a statewide common database approved by the Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services to check eligibility for all deferred presentment transactions conducted in the state. This site is designed to operate in full compliance with the Act. In order to access the database, you must be a licensed lender in the state of Michigan and have an assigned user ID and password.
